Today is a milestone moment for CreateFuture. We're delighted to share that we are being acquired by Version 1, one of the leading global AI and digital transformation consultancies.
Together, we'll be a combined team of around 4,250 people with annual revenues of more than €500 million. But the numbers aren't the headline. The headline is what this partnership makes possible for our people, our clients, and the next chapter of the business we've built together.

How we got here
We started CreateFuture 16 years ago in Scotland with a small team and a simple belief: that the best work happens when great people are trusted to do great work for clients who care about the outcome.
That belief hasn't changed. It's what took us from that small team to 550 experts across Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Sofia. It's what earned us the trust of enterprise clients in some of the most demanding, highly regulated industries - iGaming, financial services, utilities, public sector and beyond.
