At CreateFuture, we like to do things a little differently – and recruitment is no exception.
We believe hiring shouldn’t just be ticking boxes. That means hiring the right person, rather than the right background. Energy, passion and drive is more important to us than a university degree.
It’s why our in-house talent acquisition team carries out assessments that focus on whether you have the skills for the job and the right values.
And recruitment isn’t a faceless process either. We take it personally – you won’t just meet the hiring manager, but people from across the business to get a feel for our culture.
For us, it’s all about the people.
Catch up with all our rebrand news, plus the latest industry insights in technology, trends and transformations.
Our values reflect the core of who we are and how we operate – they show what’s important to us:
Rising to the challenge to improve, innovate, and deliver.
Working together to do the right thing - not the convenient thing - to achieve your goals.
Building a committed team of go-getters focused on the best client outcomes.
Nurturing growth through the right balance of support and freedom.
Championing skill over background; the right people solve the challenge.
Communicating openly and taking full accountability - no exceptions.
Being open and transparent, delving into the details right alongside our clients.
Growing and learning from the expertise of our colleagues and clients.
Giving our people the freedom and confidence to do things differently.
hen you’re an employee at CreateFuture, you belong. Your uniqueness is acknowledged and celebrated. It’s why we have employee-led communities. These communities are spaces where colleagues can support each other, share ideas, encourage passions, and advocate for change.
We have communities centred around accessibility, sustainability, well-being, STEM, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, parents and caregivers, as well as women in engineering.
We believe the diversity of our people, reflected by these communities, is the secret to our success.
We do! Some of our roles are remote and some will require travel to the office or client site; the specifics of each are outlined on our adverts and will be discussed with you in depth at the recruitment stage. We have people who work 9–5 pm, others who work 8–4 pm, and some people who work around doing the school run. We believe that flexible working is crucial for building a diverse workplace.
Receipt of your application will be confirmed within 24 hours after you apply. If you’ve been selected to begin the interview process, you should hear from us within a few days. Exact timelines for progression through the interview process vary for each role and applicant. We also take into account your availability and any logistical needs when conducting interviews remotely with candidates.
