Most engineering teams are already using AI before anyone formally trains them. A problem arises when agentic tools mature faster than the shared practice around them, and the people closest to the tools pull away from everyone else.
CreateFuture worked with a global technology company that had reached that point with its engineering organisation. Our solution was to design and deliver a programme of one-day agentic development sessions for more than 500 engineers. This spanned across four global hubs in twelve weeks, built to give every engineer the same practical foundation to build from.

The company's engineers were already working with AI every day. But as agentic tools matured, adoption had become uneven across teams and locations. Leadership saw an opportunity to move from the theory of AI to applied AI at pace. They wanted agentic engineering as a consistent standard across the organisation rather than a habit that depended on which team you sat in.
CreateFuture designed one-day foundational sessions using GitHub Copilot and Claude Code as vehicles for skills that transfer across tools. Each session covered spec-driven development, multi-agent workflows and AI modes, advanced prompting and context management, CLI and MCP integration, and rapid prototyping, refactoring and code comprehension.
Every session was co-designed with the client's learning team, and feedback from each one went straight back into the next. New tooling kept landing mid-programme, so on some days the materials were updated overnight to reflect what had shipped that morning.

CreateFuture delivered the full programme across four global hubs in twelve weeks, with each session tuned to what the previous ones had revealed and to the latest tooling releases.
The sessions also uncovered internal AI champions, engineers who continue to support and transfer knowledge across teams. A shared language and a common way of working is now forming across the organisation, and spec-driven development was cited as the standout takeaway across locations and experience levels.
The client's own AI champions now carry the practice forward inside their teams, with the language and techniques of the programme already in everyday use.
