Together with the iGaming operator and AWS, we created a centralised environment for AI and automation. The aim was to scale these capabilities across the business while accelerating the development of new data-driven services and improving the customer experience.
Through close collaboration, we built a system that integrates directly with the operator’s Smart Data Platform (built on Snowflake), providing teams with the tools to build, deploy, and manage AI at scale. This work addressed a clear strategic imperative: embedding AI and intelligent automation across operations to unlock efficiency, open new revenue streams, and strengthen customer safety.
